Speak. Quill listens.

Hit record and talk naturally. Quill transcribes, structures, and titles your note — no editing required.

Type or paste. Done.

Drop in raw text, meeting notes, or a URL. Quill turns it into a clean, searchable note in seconds.

Import documents.

Upload PDFs and Quill extracts the key ideas and turns them into notes and flashcards.

Three steps. Zero effort.

A quiet pipeline from raw thought to retained knowledge. No dashboards, no busywork.

Capture

Speak, type, or upload — however a thought arrives, Quill accepts it without friction.

Curate

Quill structures your input into a clean, titled note with a summary and key points.

Study

Flashcards are generated automatically so reviewing and retaining is built in.

From ramble to refined.

A four-minute voice note becomes a titled summary with key themes, key points, and a timestamp — ready to search, share, or study.

Generated from a 4-minute voice recording.

Weekly planning session

Key themes included habit tracking setup, the new flashcard review feature, and a note export workflow for weekly reflection.

  • Habit system ships with streaks
  • Flashcards review on a 7-day loop
  • Export draft due Thursday

Quill builds your deck as you go.

No separate study step — every note becomes material for review. Tap to flip, or let the deck breathe on its own.

Privacy policy.

Plain language, no surprises. Everything that happens to your data when you join the waitlist.

01 · What we collect

Your details, and nothing else

When you join the waitlist we collect exactly what you type or select: your full name, email, the role pills you choose (e.g. Student, Writer), and the single referral pill — if any. We also record the timestamp. No tracking, no analytics, no account creation on this page.

02 · Where it is stored

One private sheet, owned by Quill

Each submission appends one row to a private Google Sheet with columns Timestamp, Name, Email, Who, and How Heard. Storage and transport run on Google Cloud infrastructure. The sheet is never public, never shared by link, and never published.

03 · How it is used

Early access only — never sold

Your details are used for one purpose: managing the waitlist and contacting you about early access. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or brokers. We never add you to unrelated lists. Expect at most a handful of emails — no spam.

04 · Consent

Opt in, opt out at any time

Submitting requires ticking the consent checkbox — your explicit permission for the storage above. You can withdraw any time by replying to any email we send and asking to be removed. Withdrawing removes you from future early-access contact.

05 · Your rights

See, correct, or delete

Ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your waitlist entry. Reply from the address you signed up with and tell us what to change or remove. We action deletions promptly and confirm once done. Entries are kept only while the waitlist is active.

06 · Security & changes

Limited access, dated updates

Access is restricted to the Quill team via a dedicated service account with editor access — no one else can view or edit it. No storage is perfectly secure, but access is limited to what is needed. If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date.

Questions about your data? Email helloasharaamer@gmail.com or reply to any waitlist email — access, correction, and deletion requests are always honoured.
